Morrison Inn EDW Privacy Policy

Morrison Inn EDW is an internal business application operated by MargMarg Partners LLC. (“Marg”). This policy describes how information accessed through the application is used and protected.
Information We Access
With authorization, Morrison Inn EDW may access business information from QuickBooks Online and other systems used by Soliel. This may include accounting transactions, vendor information, bills, invoices, invoice attachments, purchasing information, products and services, and related business records.
How We Use Information
Information accessed through Morrison Inn EDW is used for legitimate internal business purposes, including:
Financial and operational reporting
Purchasing and cost analysis
Invoice and vendor analysis
Recipe and ingredient costing
Inventory analysis
Product profitability analysis
Forecasting and business intelligence
Maintaining Soliel's internal enterprise data warehouse
Storage and Processing
Information may be processed and stored using technology providers engaged by Marg to operate its internal systems, databases, automation, and analytics infrastructure. Access is limited to authorized users and systems.
Sharing of Information
Marg does not sell information obtained through Morrison Inn EDW. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the application and Marg’s business systems, or when required by law.
QuickBooks Data
Access to QuickBooks Online data occurs only after authorization through Intuit's authentication process. Morrison Inn EDW uses QuickBooks data solely for Marg’s internal business purposes.
Data Retention and Deletion
Business information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for Marg’s accounting, operational, analytical, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. Authorized QuickBooks connections may be disconnected when no longer required.
Security
Marg uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information processed by Morrison Inn EDW from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as Morrison Inn EDW and its integrations evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
