Morrison Inn EDW Terms of Use

Morrison Inn EDW is an internal business application operated by Marg Partners LLC. (“Marg”) for use in connection with businesses owned or operated by Marg.

Purpose

Morrison Inn EDW integrates authorized business information from QuickBooks Online and other business systems for internal purposes including financial reporting, purchasing analysis, inventory analysis, recipe costing, product profitability, forecasting, and business intelligence.

Authorized Use

The application is intended solely for authorized users acting on behalf of Marg and its affiliated or operated businesses. It is not offered for public or consumer use.

Users may access the application only with appropriate authorization and must comply with applicable laws, agreements, and policies governing the systems and information accessed through the application.

Third-Party Services

Morrison Inn EDW may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Data and Availability

Soliel may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any of its functionality at any time. Information produced by the application is intended to support internal business analysis and operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morrison Inn EDW is provided for internal business use without warranties of any kind. Marg is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable data supplied by third-party systems.
